  “I want to give a huge shout-out to Sunbelt Rentals Phoenix – they were absolutely instrumental in making our recent event at Scottsdale Private Event Venues such a success. We hosted a massive 1200-person dinner with a live boxing tournament, entertainment, and even a beach party afterward, and honestly, we couldn’t have pulled it off without their incredible team. Jeremy Kempf, Kevin Temple, and Josh Courtney – who we affectionately call Yukon Cornelius – were fantastic. They were on-site 24/7, providing all the power equipment, generators, and support we needed, and they did it with such a positive attitude. They really kept me calm throughout the whole process, and I wholeheartedly recommend them – they're a truly reliable and dedicated team.” report abuse

  “My experience was a bit disappointing. The person at the counter seemed rushed and didn’t offer much help with the payment process. Also, the prices were higher than I expected. I used to do business with them when they were AtoZ rental, and while they might be a good option if you absolutely need equipment quickly, I’d suggest considering Sunbe – they seem geared more towards larger equipment and bigger companies.” report abuse

  “I’ve been a loyal AtoZ customer for years, but lately, things had really started to slip. The staff seemed pretty worn down, and the service definitely declined – it became a bit frustrating. I’m so pleased to see Sunbelt has stepped in and really turned things around; I had a fantastic experience renting this past weekend. The service was outstanding, and the equipment was top-notch, but honestly, the friendliest staff made all the difference, especially considering how busy they are on weekends.   “Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at this Sunbelt location. I’ve rented with them before and usually expect a good standard of equipment and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the metal detector I received was significantly different from what was advertised online – it was clearly quite old and didn't function properly. I also wasn’t given a proper demonstration of how it worked. When I raised my concerns at the return, it felt like my issues weren't taken seriously, and I was still charged the full rental price.” report abuse

  Overall, A to Z Rental has been a fantastic experience. The staff is consistently friendly and really knowledgeable – everyone except for Jose, who I’m sure is just having an off day. I appreciated their professionalism and how quickly they addressed my issue when I realized my rental didn’t include a hitch. It was a bit inconvenient to drive back and get one, but the yard guy was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out immediately, which saved me a long wait in line. Honestly, that’s the kind of service that makes all the difference. I’ve had a bad experience elsewhere recently, so I’ll definitely be returning to A to Z from now on! report abuse

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond when the first machine we rented wasn’t working – they quickly switched us to a larger one without charging us anything extra.   “I’m really disappointed with the change at Sun Belt Rental. It’s heartbreaking to see what’s become of the former A-to-Z – they used to be known for their excellent service and care about their customers. Now, they seem completely uninterested in ensuring their equipment works properly. They don’t provide gas, they won’t help with repairs, and they’re quick to threaten legal action if something goes wrong. It’s a shame to watch a great company decline into just another large, profit-driven business. Honestly, if I had the option, I’d go somewhere else. I’d definitely recommend sticking with A-to-Z and their staff clearly share that sentiment.” report abuse
