“I just wanted to express how fantastic Amber was! She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my skid steer and grapple bucket purchase – and I got a really great price too. Bradley and Amber at Z to Z really made the whole experience a positive one.”

Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with my recent experience. It’s a far cry from the easy and helpful service I’m used to. Now they’re making me go to a separate party supply area to order chairs, which seems completely unnecessary. And the woman I spoke with there wasn’t particularly helpful – she seemed a little detached and didn’t really understand what I needed when I was trying to get some outdoor lighting poles. It’s a shame because they used to be a really friendly and welcoming place to rent from, but things seem to have changed.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “Overall, the equipment rental options seemed pretty good. However, I had a frustrating experience with my forklift reservation. When I arrived, they told me someone else had already taken it, and when I explained that I’d made a reservation, they questioned me about the size of my truck – a 3/4 ton. It felt like they were using this as an excuse because the forklift was already scheduled to be used. I wish they’d confirmed my reservation and truck size initially.”

“I ordered banquet tables, cocktail tables, chairs, and linens for my 40th birthday party on October 10th, and I have to say, Kelly was a lifesaver! I had a lot of questions and was pretty demanding about the extras, but she handled everything so patiently and made the whole process so much less stressful. I’m planning to pick up the items on October 9th and will update my review if anything comes up.”

“Overall, I was really pleased with this rental. There was a good selection of tools available and the prices were very competitive. I used a floor grinder to remove glue in a commercial space, and it performed exceptionally well.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I can honestly say I’ve always been thrilled with the service – both the staff and their support are fantastic. I couldn’t fault them in any way.”

We had a really positive experience renting a stump grinder from this business. We initially realized we’d ordered a machine that was a bit too big for our needs, but the staff member, Mike, was incredibly helpful and understanding when we called to explain. He quickly resolved the situation, and we ended up with just the right tool. We were both exhausted this morning, but overall we’re so happy with the service and we’ll definitely be back next weekend!

I had a really frustrating experience renting a generator from this location. The generator itself worked perfectly, but the whole process was a mess. I was initially told I could pick it up Friday evening and return it Monday morning for just one day's rental. However, when I arrived, they tried to charge me for three days – a complete change of story! To top it off, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; there are definitely better rental options out there.

“POG Moving & Helpers were fantastic – we used them for our wedding and they were incredibly organized and efficient. They handled all the heavy lifting, loading up our trailer with everything we needed for 125 guests, and everything ran so smoothly. We’d definitely recommend them!”

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with how things turned out. It was a shame to see Ato Z sold to Sunbelt – they’ve unfortunately become known for terrible customer service and a really poor rental experience. As a result, I’ve had to move my business elsewhere.
