  “I had a really frustrating experience yesterday with a United Rentals truck. The driver was clearly not paying attention, and the truck bed was completely unsecured, sending debris flying and smashing my windshield. I had to quickly pull over to avoid it, and now I’m stuck with a significant crack in my windshield. I contacted United Rentals customer service, and frankly, I was appalled by their response. They just told me Arizona is a ‘no-fault’ state and advised me to file a police report – which is incorrect. Arizona is an at-fault state, and it’s their responsibility to cover the damage. As a college student, I’m already struggling financially, and it's completely unacceptable that they offered no helpful guidance or an apology, just a misleading statement to dismiss my concern.” report abuse
