I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I rented an HVAC vacuum pump from your Phoenix location on Indian School – a nearly 25-minute drive to Gilbert for my job – and it was completely broken. I spoke with Steve, who assured me he’d take care of it, but then he handed me a bill for a single day’s rental. The pump was broken the entire time I had it! He questioned me about not getting a discount, and arrogantly stated that was the final price. It was incredibly frustrating to be charged for a faulty piece of equipment that caused a significant inconvenience and made me look unprofessional at my job. To add insult to injury, I had to drive nearly an hour to get a second pump, which the customer didn’t even want. Steve’s behavior was shady and unacceptable – no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue. I’m seriously questioning how your company treats its customers, especially hard-working people. I expect better from a well-known brand like yours. I’m seeking compensation for the wasted time and the negative impact this had on my work. I’ll be taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

“We had a really frustrating experience today. We made a reservation for specific equipment, expecting to be able to start our job right away. Unfortunately, it seems the reservation was handled incorrectly, and they didn’t have the equipment we’d booked. We were then stuck with a less suitable option, leaving us with no choice but to significantly alter our approach. The staff member at the counter didn’t seem to care about finding a solution or even acknowledging the inconvenience. After a wasted hour and a half, we ended up with half the equipment we needed, causing a major delay of over an hour into our project – it was clear there was a serious lack of communication and customer service.”

As a long-time customer, I’ve purchased multiple mowers and even had their service department maintain my outdoor furniture and propane supplies for years. Recently, I bought a new mower, but it immediately had issues – it was running very poorly. When I took it back, they immediately accused me of using bad gas, despite me explaining it was their gas, and then insisted on charging me for a diagnostic test on a brand new machine. Today, they told me the air filter and carburetor were dirty, and frankly, I felt like they were trying to shift the blame and dismiss my concerns. It felt like they didn't value my loyalty as a long-standing customer.”
