  I absolutely loved my experience at A to Z – it’s truly the best place to buy equipment. The staff were fantastic; so knowledgeable and really helpful in guiding me through my purchase.   I had a really frustrating experience picking up an evaporative cooler. The phone reservation process was confusing – the guy I spoke with seemed to assume I was a regular customer, which made our conversation awkward. When I arrived, there was no record of my reservation, and the woman next to me had the same issue. While the bays where you pull up to pick up the cooler were a smart idea, the whole operation is incredibly inefficient. After returning the cooler, I was stuck in a long line just to hand in paperwork – it took forever, and I couldn’t even leave! The employee just unloading trucks wasn't even handling the paperwork, and the one-way traffic flow meant I was blocked until they finished loading a chainsaw. It felt like a major design flaw – they really need to streamline the process. Honestly, it was a very slow and frustrating experience. report abuse
