I was really disappointed with my recent experience renting a trencher from this location. The associate I spoke with seemed to just hand us the machine without a proper check – he didn’t even walk us through how it worked or make sure it was securely attached for towing. Unfortunately, when we got it home, the handle popped off the cord, and the trencher ended up precariously perched on the ramp, making it impossible to get it ready for transport. After calling the store, we were told they had no other trenchers available and no one could pick it up. They then directed us to a closed repair department! We had to wait until the next day for a repairman to arrive and fix the issue. Even then, they were missing some of the safety chains for the ramp. Because of this whole ordeal, we won’t be renting from this location again. It was a frustrating and poorly handled experience. Thankfully, we were able to get a trencher and a helpful demonstration at another Depot store – they showed us how to operate it and made sure everything was safe before we left.

That response seems to be a jumble of letters – it doesn’t appear to be a coherent evaluation.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “It’s a convenient location – a bit down a back road, but they have a good tool rental operation.”
-
Honestly, the customer service experience was really disappointing.
-
This store is a really solid choice – it seems like a good place to shop.
-
It had a really good selection of options.
-
That sounded like a really positive and polished impression.
