  “We had a really frustrating experience renting a trencher from this location. The associate we dealt with topped it off with gas without properly checking it over with us or ensuring it was securely connected for towing. Unfortunately, once we got it home, the handle popped off the cord, leaving the machine unstable and impossible to move safely. After calling the store, we were told they had no other trenchers available and no one could come pick it up. They then directed us to a closed repair department! We ended up waiting until the next day for a repairman to fix the trencher before we could even get it towed back. To add to the problem, they were also missing some of the safety chains on the ramp. Because of this whole ordeal, we won’t be renting from this location again. Thankfully, another Depot store was much more helpful – they not only rented us a trencher but also took the time to show us how to operate it and ensured we were comfortable before we left.” report abuse
