  Honestly, my experience with the parts department at Bobcat of Phoenix was really disappointing. I’ve visited several times and consistently received unhelpful service – it felt like the same frustrating situation each time. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend shopping there for parts. If possible, I’d suggest ordering online or trying the Mesa store; I’ve heard their service is much better. report abuse
