  Sandy was a difficult contractor to work with. While she seemed open to casual conversation, she consistently avoided detailed questions and became frustrated when we pointed out inaccuracies in her estimates. It turned out her pricing was significantly higher than other quotes, coinciding perfectly with the government rebate – which we ended up losing because of her inflated price. Furthermore, some of the claims she made were later found to be completely false. Ultimately, we switched to a much more reputable company who offered a significantly lower price and, crucially, allowed us to retain our rebate. report abuse
