  “We had a really frustrating experience with Sandy. She cancelled our initial appointment with only 20 minutes’ notice, which was disappointing, and we rescheduled. Despite confirming everything via email and text, including a reminder just 45 minutes before, she still ended up being 30 minutes late. Then, to add insult to injury, she cancelled again due to personal reasons – after we’d already contacted her to get an update. We completely understand things come up, but the constant rescheduling and lack of communication was incredibly inconvenient, and we won’t be using her services again.” report abuse

  Sandy was fantastic! After a previous, less-than-ideal experience, she really went above and beyond to design the perfect solar system for our needs. She took the time to explain everything in a way we could easily understand, and the installation was incredibly smooth. We’ve also been really pleased with the customer service we’ve received from the system provider – it’s been excellent.   “Overall, we’re really happy with our solar panel installation. They’ve performed exactly as expected over the past two years. Sandy was fantastic to work with too – a genuinely helpful and pleasant person. We’re seeing a significant reduction in our electricity bills thanks to the panels, and APS is actually going to credit us a small amount at the end of the year. What’s really reassuring is that our solar loan payment is now much lower than what we were paying to APS, and we’re confident that our investment will continue to pay off, especially considering how much electricity costs are likely to rise in the future.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Solar Sandy! We were completely new to solar and felt a little overwhelmed with all the different companies out there. From the very beginning, Solar Sandy was fantastic – she took the time to really explain everything to us and we immediately felt comfortable trusting her. She even offered to cover our first two years of the solar loan, which was a huge relief. We also took the opportunity to replace our roof at the same time and they were able to integrate it into a really affordable loan. Plus, we received over $25,000 in tax rebates that we’ve used to do some much-needed remodeling in our backyard.   I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Inty Power and Ask Solar Sandy. I invested a significant amount of money in the hope of drastically reducing my electricity bills, and frankly, I haven’t seen the results I was promised. During the sales process, I was shown a clear projection of how the solar panels would generate a surplus that would carry me through the summer months. However, over the past year, I’ve consistently paid a monthly bill, even if it’s lower than my previous costs. Despite purchasing extra panels to maximize my surplus, I’m not seeing any credit build up, especially during the winter. It’s baffling, and I’ve heard similar experiences from others. Adding to my disappointment, I’m also concerned about intermittent power generation – my app shows the system stopping production randomly during peak sunlight hours. I've reached out for explanations, but haven’t received any answers. Furthermore, I was misled about the tax rebate. I was led to believe I’d receive a substantial rebate, which I planned to use to pay down my loan. Instead, I only received a partial rebate, forcing me to scramble to avoid significantly higher interest charges. While the installation itself was handled efficiently, and I initially received good customer service, I can’t recommend this system due to the inaccurate projections, the lack of support when things went wrong, and the misleading information surrounding the tax rebate.   “We chose Solar Sandy based on their expertise in solar power, and we appreciated how upfront and transparent they were throughout the whole process. However, things haven’t gone as planned. After over four weeks, we still haven’t received the solar payments Sandy was obligated to make according to our agreement. We’ve contacted her repeatedly – via voice mail and text – but haven’t gotten a response. It seems like there’s been a breakdown in communication.” report abuse

  “I’m so pleased with Solar Sandy! I got quotes from a few different companies, but none of them felt right – the offers just didn't make sense. Talking to my neighbors who have solar, I also heard some concerns about the service after the sale. But Solar Sandy was a completely different experience. Sandy was incredibly polite and professional, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, and the numbers actually made sense.
