  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. From the moment the sale was finalized, the process was plagued with delays. It took three months to actually get the solar panels installed, another month for them to become operational, and a further two weeks for the system to be fully programmed. Scheduling a technician visit then took a week or more, and now I’m receiving no communication whatsoever from either the sales team or the service department. I’ve been unable to reach them by phone or text. Due to these unacceptable delays and lack of communication, I’m formally filing a complaint with the Arizona Corporations Commission.” report abuse
