  Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. They were fantastic – the customer service was outstanding, they got things done really quickly, and their rates were super competitive. If you're looking for an energy provider, this is definitely the one to go with! report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with this company was pretty disappointing. The only feedback I received was from Scott, who’s their sales director, and while he was responsive, it wasn’t helpful. Instead of getting a quote or scheduling a consultation – which is really all I needed – he spent a good 5 minutes grilling me about my other quotes and how I was getting them. It felt more like a sales pitch to convince me they were better than everyone else, rather than a straightforward assessment of my needs. There are plenty of other reputable solar companies in Phoenix, and I'll be going with one of them. report abuse

  “We were seriously considering solar, and honestly a bit hesitant because of the initial cost. But Sage from Ultra Energy was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything and address our concerns.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Ultra Energy. From the start, they were great at keeping me informed, and Bekah and Edwin were both incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions.   “I was really impressed with this company – they consistently go above and beyond by covering the entire bill, even exceeding 100% when possible. It’s a fantastic difference from other solar providers who often don’t offer such generous set-asides.
