  “I was really pleased with my experience working with Rooftop Solar to install a 12.6kW system in Phoenix. From start to finish, the team was fantastic – they were knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t push us at all. Dale was especially helpful, always answering my questions thoroughly. The only slight issue was that we received a couple of different pieces of information during the sales process about the gate access and our circuit box, which led to a small adjustment during the site review. It wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been great to have had all the details consistent from the beginning. Despite that small confusion, I’d absolutely recommend Rooftop Solar – I’d definitely use them again if we ever needed solar for another home.” report abuse

  Rooftop Solar, and especially Vanessa Nefflen and Michelle Davis, were truly outstanding. From the start, Vanessa was fantastic – she was incredibly knowledgeable about all the solar components and never pressured us in any way. She was always professional and respectful of the other companies we spoke with. We really appreciated how she answered all of our questions with confidence. They’re a small business that clearly cares about providing high-quality, fair solar systems. Because of their excellent service, we’d absolutely recommend them to anyone and we’ve already done so with friends and family. The permitting process did take about four months, but Vanessa kept us consistently updated, which we really valued.   “I was really pleased with Rooftop Solar – they did a fantastic job installing our solar system back in February 2021. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and focused on meeting my needs. Their pricing was competitive, and I always felt like I was getting honest information about the system and the installation process. They even surprised us by upgrading some of the equipment without any extra cost to help us achieve our energy goals, which was a huge bonus since it didn’t require changing our circuit breaker. We had a few minor hiccups dealing with the HOA, but Rooftop Solar stepped in and handled everything quickly and effectively. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. And when a few panels weren't working initially, they immediately contacted the manufacturer to get them fixed – it was fantastic service.
