I’d done my research beforehand and had looked at a couple of other companies, but Rooftop Solar just stood out. Once I decided, Danielle T., my project manager, was amazing! She kept me in the loop the whole time, communicating really well via email and phone, and she always responded quickly.   “I was looking into solar panels in April 2022 and ended up getting quotes from four different companies. After speaking with the first three, I’d already settled on one, and was starting the process of securing financing and the solar contract. Then I spoke with Dale from Rooftop Solar, and honestly, it completely changed things. Their financing was significantly better than what the others offered, and they were using top-quality equipment at a similar price point. But the real standout was the warranty – it was far superior. Beyond that, Dale’s customer service was incredible. He was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns throughout our email exchange, and he went above and beyond, even providing links to helpful videos and tax forms. During one of our calls reviewing the final agreement, he even had the company owner join us to walk through a potential scenario. The owner also reached out to me a couple of times independently. Overall, Rooftop Solar offered a really compelling package – comparable equipment and cost, a better warranty and financing, and truly exceptional customer service.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with my experience working with Rooftop Solar. The team was fantastic – everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push us at all. They were completely upfront about the whole process, from getting the estimate to the final installation. Dale was particularly helpful, patiently answering all my questions. The only slight frustration was that we received a couple of different answers regarding the gate access and our circuit box capacity during the sales and then the site review. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it would have been great to have had that consistent information from the beginning. Despite that small issue, I’d absolutely consider using Rooftop Solar again for any future solar needs.” report abuse
