  “I was really pleased with the whole experience after getting my new roof. There was an issue with my solar panels when they were being reinstalled, but SouthFace Solar and Electric really stepped up to the plate. Danny from their team called me immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem as being related to the roof itself, and thankfully, didn’t involve the inverter. Then Jeff and Shawn arrived and got everything fixed up super fast – they were both really friendly and professional.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from SouthFace Solar & Electric. They’ve been around for a long time – nearly 20 years – and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. Danny Magana was fantastic; he really took the time to figure out what was going on and explained all my options clearly. Jeff, the other technician, was equally great – incredibly professional, efficient, and took the time to clean up after himself and answer all my questions. They responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out the next morning to assess the situation and provide an estimate. It was clear how much damage had occurred, and we decided to replace the entire system, including the inverter. The installation team – Danny, Greg, and the whole crew – were professional, really clean and efficient, and everything went exactly as planned.   “I recently used Southface Solar & Electric to remove my solar panels while I was replacing my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Danny Magana, the service manager, was fantastic – he kept me informed every step of the way, even calling to confirm the arrival times. The team was incredibly polite and efficient, doing a really neat job of taking down and stacking the panels. It was great to see how carefully they worked. They then returned on Monday to reinstall everything, and Danny even set up an account for me on the Solar Edge portal so I can easily monitor my system.   “Southface Solar and Electrical were fantastic! I contacted them after my previous installer went out of business, and they were incredibly responsive. The service manager was really helpful and put me at ease. They got someone out to replace my inverter within a single day, and the technician was both professional and explained everything clearly. He even showed us how the system was working again afterward, and made sure we had no questions. It was a really smooth and positive experience, and I highly recommend them.” report abuse

  “I was a bit apprehensive about finding a service company that hadn’t originally installed our solar system, but I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Southface Solar. Danny Magana was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and just easy to talk to. It’s great to have them take care of our system as we’re selling our home and want to ensure it’s in top shape. Jeff Bevan did a brilliant job cleaning and performing preventative maintenance, and he even took care of a small issue we had.   “I had a really positive experience with Southface Solar. Danny Magana was fantastic – he was incredibly responsive and honest, even while he was working on a job on another roof. Jeff B. also did a great job installing my inverter quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated how Southface Solar handled everything, communicating with me regularly and coordinating with the equipment company, so I didn’t have to worry about the details.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Southface Solar. While the installation itself was done well and the team was friendly and knowledgeable, the follow-up service has been completely lacking. After two years, I’m still paying over $300 a month on my electric bills, significantly more than what was originally projected. It took them nearly three months to even acknowledge my concerns after multiple emails and a promise from the owner. They seem primarily focused on securing the initial sale and haven’t provided the ongoing system optimization or customer support I expected. Seriously, be cautious – you could end up paying thousands more than you anticipated.” report abuse
