  I’m incredibly frustrated with the recent visits. It’s really upsetting that your reps consistently disregard the “no soliciting” signs we’ve clearly posted at our front door – we have very anxious dogs and that sign is there specifically to protect them. Each time I open the door and point out the sign, I’m met with a dismissive attitude, like they deliberately chose to ignore it. This has become a recurring problem since we moved into this area in February, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. To be clear, if this continues, I will be taking further action, including reporting the incidents to the police and seeking legal advice. report abuse

From beginning to end, Danny Magana was outstanding – truly professional, attentive, and completely dedicated to making sure I got the best possible service. He went the extra mile to address my solar repair needs and I’m thrilled with the final result. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I called to get a quote for a home generator, but the representative refused to send someone to my house to assess my needs. It seemed incredibly unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering a purchase of this size – $15,000 to $20,000. I strongly advise others to be cautious.” report abuse
