  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. They’ve been three weeks installing my solar panels, and still haven’t provided the necessary paperwork to get them activated with my power company. Honestly, in today’s world, it’s completely unacceptable to wait this long. Despite assurances from my agent, the power company has no record of my installation or account. My agent isn’t returning my calls, and now they’re also refusing to install the thermostat we were originally promised. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company – it’s been a huge hassle to get in touch with anyone and get any kind of resolution.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. From the very beginning, the process was plagued with problems. Despite initial estimates, I ended up paying $7,000 more than originally quoted due to delays and miscommunication. The state rebate was significantly reduced because of their slow response times. What started as an installation issue has spiraled into a complete lack of support – they’ve ignored my concerns for seven months! It’s clear they were never properly equipped to handle this system, and their attempts to blame the situation on lightning are frankly insulting. I have documentation showing the installation was flawed, and their inaction has directly impacted the amount I was able to receive back from the state. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to think twice.” report abuse

We’ve been trying to get through to someone by phone repeatedly, but haven’t been able to connect.
