They handled the entire process of removing and reinstalling our solar panels, working seamlessly with our roofing contractor. It took a huge weight off my shoulders not having to manage the coordination myself. Tim and Antonio were both incredibly professional and kept me fully updated throughout the whole thing.   “I was really disappointed with the last-minute cancellation. I called at 4:40pm after their scheduled time and was told they were still working on a previous job and couldn’t reschedule for today. It was 40 minutes past their originally scheduled time, which was quite frustrating.” report abuse

  “Overall, the experience with this company was quite frustrating. From the start, they were short on materials, and the work area was left messy with scrap materials. While Andrew was a really good and responsive worker, the office communication was lacking – he had to repeatedly chase them to get my job scheduled and addressed properly.” report abuse

  Anthony and his foreman were fantastic – they really went above and beyond to get the job done right, and I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication. The initial solar panel removal was a bit chaotic, though; only two workers showed up incredibly early and struggled to make progress, and it ended up taking them nearly 10 hours. Thankfully, the foreman stepped in and finished the work himself, pushing through to dark. While the final result is good, and I appreciate Anthony’s efforts to resolve the issues – including a significant tile shortage and some initial installation problems – the entire process was quite frustrating due to the delays and inconsistent quality of the other workers. It took a lot of follow-up and a generous supply of extra tiles to get things back on track. Despite the hiccups, I’m ultimately satisfied with the outcome, and I’d give Anthony and his foreman a solid 2/5 – they were truly exceptional, but the rest of the team needs improvement. report abuse
