  “We were new to solar and a bit wary of all the door-to-door sales pitches. We decided to go with Envision and we’re really pleased with the experience so far. Ryan, our sales rep, was fantastic – he really listened to what we wanted and needed. The Elevation installers were also consistently professional and kept us updated on the timeline. There was a slight delay due to parts availability from Tesla, but they got us up and running now, so we’ll be watching to see how things hold up long-term.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the whole solar installation process with Envision. From the very beginning, they completely exceeded my expectations. I’d looked at several companies – local and national – and Envision was the clear standout. Their pricing was competitive, the equipment was top-notch, and their warranties are fantastic. But what really set them apart was the genuinely personal service. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, creating a design that was perfectly tailored to my home. I was particularly impressed that they never pressured me into adding unnecessary equipment or spending more than I wanted to. When there was a slight delay with the Tesla equipment, they kept me fully informed the whole time, and the installation itself went incredibly smoothly and quickly. The install team, especially CJ, was fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all my questions and requests. It felt like they were completely invested in getting the job done right. And after the installation, CJ took the time to walk us through the entire system, patiently answering all our questions.   Overall, the work itself was done really well, and I appreciated how open and honest they were about any challenges or delays. However, the communication was a significant issue throughout the process. There were long periods of time with no updates, and I frequently had to reach out to get information about where things stood. They would sometimes ask to schedule meetings after I’d already contacted them. I also encountered several instances of sales people coming to my door while I was already under contract, and they seemed confused about why my house wasn’t marked as being part of their system. Despite the lengthy six-plus month installation time and the communication difficulties, I’m pleased with the solar panels themselves now that they’re up. I just wish they’d been more proactive in keeping me informed. report abuse

  “Chris was fantastic – he really opened our eyes to the benefits of solar panels. We hadn’t seriously considered them before, but he was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional that he helped us see how much we were spending on electricity, especially with those high summer bills hitting around $400. We’re really excited about the potential to lower our monthly costs and save money during the winter. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the whole Envision team, especially April, for the excellent communication. They’re incredibly responsive and reliable – they do exactly what they say they will. I haven’t had a chance to speak with Terri yet, but I’m sure she’s just as wonderful.
