  “I absolutely loved my experience with Envision – it was fantastic for my first solar project at my house in Tucson. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. Kasper and Danny, my sales reps, were so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to me, answering all my questions and making sure we were on the same page. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Angel from Curb – he and the installation team were fantastic and did an amazing job taking care of my home.   Overall, our experience was really positive until we ran into some serious delays with receiving the incentive payment. We were told everything would go smoothly, but it took nearly three months after installation for the check to actually be issued – and even then, we kept getting passed around without a clear timeline. It was frustrating not being informed upfront that we’d need to wait for a check to be cut and given to our solar company. While I understand there’s a lot of paperwork involved, a little more transparency would have been greatly appreciated. Our representative, AJ, was the only one who consistently kept us updated, which was a real help. Moving forward, it’s important to stay on top of the incentive process and make sure you get all the details explained clearly. report abuse

Alex, my energy pro, was still getting settled in, but Darryl, the president, stepped in to ensure I had all the information I needed, and he really took the time to help me make the best decision for my situation.   “I was really happy with Solar’s installation a year ago, but unfortunately, things took a turn when tax time came around. As a 100% disabled veteran living off my disability checks, I wasn’t aware of the tax credit and ended up with a significantly higher bill – over $300 – for the system. Now I’m paying more each year for electricity, and I feel like Solar didn’t fully explain the financial implications to me. While I should have done more research myself, I also believe they could have been more transparent about the potential impact on my taxes.   Overall, it was a really positive experience for me as a first-time solar panel customer. The company did a fantastic job – the installers were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and took great care to clean up after themselves. I appreciated working with the sales team too; they were good guys.   Dylan from Envision Solar was fantastic – truly a breath of fresh air! He took the time to thoroughly assess our current system, including our APS rate plan and solar usage, and gave us an honest and insightful report. What really stood out was his recommendation not to add more panels; he clearly explained that it wouldn’t be a cost-effective solution for us. We really appreciated his straight-forward advice and the level of honesty we encountered – it’s a rarity these days.   Envision Solar was fantastic to work with! From the start, Chance and Wyatt took the time to really understand our specific needs and helped us determine exactly how many solar panels we’d need. They were incredibly patient and thorough when we went through the financing process, and they were always so respectful and available to answer our questions. Once the permits were approved, they stuck to the timelines they’d given us, and the installation itself was completed quickly and efficiently.
