  Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with our solar panel installation from Harmon Solar. Four years ago, their estimates for system output were spot on, and they were refreshingly honest and transparent throughout the process – no inflated promises. The equipment has performed perfectly, and we’ve seen a dramatic reduction in our electricity bills, just covering the meter reading fees. We were also really impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work, which was noticeably better than the installations we’ve seen at neighboring homes.   “I had Harmon install solar panels on my house back in 2012, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation went exactly as promised, and the system’s performing incredibly well – I’m even receiving rebates at the end of each year.   “I was really impressed with Harmon Electric. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Our sales person was fantastic – he really helped me understand the different solar options and figured out what would be the best fit for our home. What really stood out was how thorough they were; they even did a full roof inspection and checked the roof trusses to make sure they could handle the panels.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I chose them for my solar panels and roof replacement, hoping for a solid investment, but unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely lacking. The roof job is clearly done poorly, and I’m still dealing with ongoing issues, and they completely refused to reinstall my solar hot water heater panel – despite repeatedly discussing it with their team. It wasn't even included in the original contract, and I didn’t realize it was part of the deal. Now they’re refusing to honor it. To add to the problems, components of my roof keep coming loose in even a light breeze, and the entire installation just looks messy and unprofessional. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company – it’s been a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful experience. report abuse
