  “Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. From the start, it was really difficult to get in touch with anyone – the salesperson, the project managers, everyone seemed completely unresponsive. Once the contract was signed, my salesperson, Edwin, became really difficult to work with. I felt like they just stopped caring about my project. I was constantly having to chase updates myself, and they’d send different people to my house with no explanation. When I finally managed to get a meeting scheduled, it was missed entirely, and the follow-up was nonexistent. It felt like a complete lack of professionalism and communication. I’m just so relieved that the project is finished, and I don’t ever want to go through something like that again – you really should think twice before choosing this company.” report abuse

Mario was outstanding; he was so thorough investigating the communication between the panels and inverter, and he not only fixed the problem on the roof but also identified some other important things to address.   “Overall, the solar installation with Harmon went smoothly, but there were a couple of issues that were a little concerning. After the installation, I found several loose roof tiles and had to get the project manager involved to have them addressed, even though they said they’d done a quality check. Also, there were a lot of screws left scattered around my yard – it was a real worry with a young child and a dog running around. Looking back, I’d probably explore other options if I could, but they did manage to get the job done.” report abuse

  “I was really burned by my first solar company, losing $12,000, so I was understandably skeptical when I started working with Harmon. I had a lot of questions throughout the whole process, and they patiently answered everything I needed to know. There was a small technical hiccup with one of the relays, but they resolved it incredibly quickly. Honestly, the team was fantastic – friendly, trustworthy, and they stuck to their agreed-upon schedule. After that initial bad experience, I genuinely expected the worst, but Harmon completely exceeded my expectations.” report abuse
