  “I’m very disappointed with this ad. I’ve had a recurring problem with birds flocking to my outdoor panels, and they’ve unfortunately left a significant mess – quite a bit of droppings – on my lawn and driveway.   “I was really impressed with the service I received from Chertah Solar. I contacted them on a Thursday to get a quote for solar for my home – we’d looked into it before but decided to build a pool. Evan was fantastic; he quickly pulled up our information and scheduled a visit for the following day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about solar, patiently answered all my questions, and clearly explained the costs, potential savings, and the entire installation process. Honestly, the whole experience was seamless, and I’m thrilled to hear they’re already moving forward with the project.   “My experience with Cheatah Solar has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. It started over a year ago when I initially contacted them through Costco, and from there things just spiraled downwards. I was given an initial estimate by a guy named Conner, who promised to follow up quickly, but I never heard back. After eight months of silence, he called apologizing for the delay, claiming a car accident had thrown him off track. Despite this, I decided to move forward, and Conner then sent me a revised estimate for a 13.5KW system. Things then became even more confusing. Conner disappeared again, and I was passed to another person, Evan Ferrante, who told me Conner was being let go and that his story about the accident wasn’t true. He claimed to be taking over the project. Evan then provided a much smaller 8.5KW estimate, citing my APS billing history, and assured me a solar outlet for my Tesla would be included. Now, it’s December, and we’re still without a functioning solar system or even a meter, let alone the promised EV charger. The panels have been on my roof for nearly a month, and I've received absolutely no communication from anyone at Cheatah Solar, despite multiple calls, emails, and texts. This entire process has been incredibly stressful and has been a complete waste of time.” report abuse

  “We went through a really frustrating experience with Cheetah Solar, who were installing panels for us through a Titan Solar contract. We started the process in March and, while the installation itself was relatively quick, the follow-up and communication were a huge problem. We’d contact Cheetah and then hear nothing back until they’d talked to Titan, and even then, we rarely got clear answers. Titan’s workers were frequently showing up unexpectedly or not at their scheduled times. It felt like we were constantly chasing them for updates, and honestly, paying cash didn't seem to improve the service at all. While the people we dealt with were friendly, the lack of clear communication and coordination really slowed everything down. It’s definitely a lesson learned for us – we’ll be much more diligent in our research when choosing a solar company in the future.” report abuse

  “I’ve been researching solar for a while, and after getting quotes from a few different companies, I decided to go with Cheetah Solar. What really stood out to me was how clear and easy to understand their loan contract was, and how knowledgeable and helpful my representative was. Honestly, the whole experience with Cheetah Solar was fantastic! They really took the time to make sure I understood everything before I signed, and I never felt pressured at all. My representative was so patient and answered all my questions, which I had plenty of! The installation was super smooth, and they kept all their promises – which was really impressive. I absolutely love my new solar system! It’s great to be saving money each month, but the biggest thing is the peace of mind knowing I won’t ever get a huge energy bill.
