  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Titan. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the permitting and scheduling process, but Mark was fantastic – he was incredibly helpful and stayed with me throughout the whole thing. I’m definitely a happy customer! report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this solar company. We’ve been waiting since April 19th for them to activate our system, and still haven’t heard anything. The installation team did a fantastic job, but the support and office staff have been completely unresponsive and frankly, unhelpful – it’s been a really frustrating experience.” report abuse
