  “I can’t recommend Bright Home and their team – Tyler and Austin specifically – highly enough! From the start, Tyler was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything about solar and making us feel completely comfortable with the process. Austin was just as great, always patient and reassuring as we went through it. The installation crew were also absolutely wonderful; they were incredibly professional, friendly, and meticulous, checking in with us constantly. We were really impressed with how quickly they got the job done too!   Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with Bright Home Energy so far. From our initial research, we knew we were choosing a company with integrity, and they’ve definitely lived up to that. The whole process – from getting the permits to the installation and inspection – has been incredibly smooth, largely thanks to Austin. He’s been fantastic at keeping us informed every step of the way, letting us know exactly what’s happening and who to expect. We’re just waiting on the final step of the utility (APS) installing the new meter, but we wholeheartedly recommend BHE for anyone looking to go solar! report abuse

  Overall, we’ve been really pleased with Bright Home Energy. Austin Orso has been fantastic – incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It’s a big project, so naturally there have been a few hiccups along the way, and the work isn’t quite finished yet, which is why I’m giving them a 4-star rating.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with Bright Home. They made the whole solar installation process surprisingly smooth and straightforward. They were great about checking our roof – we were a little concerned they’d find an issue to increase the cost, but they quickly confirmed it was suitable. We appreciated that they listened to our preferences and swiftly revised the initial plans to avoid panels facing our entryway. The team handled all the necessary permits with the city, county, and HOA, and the installation itself was done professionally. Austin and the whole Bright Home team have been fantastic, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process and demonstrating a real commitment to quality work. report abuse

It’s been over five years since my system was last serviced, and I was so pleased with the immediate attention I received. Derick contacted me right away, and then Benjamin came out to thoroughly evaluate my solar system. He was fantastic – punctual, professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with detail.
