  Overall, Bright Home Energy was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Seth was fantastic – he was really knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured us. He clearly explained everything and took the time to answer all our questions. Once we made our decision, the design team kept us fully informed, and Austin provided excellent support throughout the entire process.   “I have to say, Keaton and Austin were fantastic – they made the whole solar installation process so smooth and easy. Keaton was great at guiding me through everything, and Austin was incredibly responsive, always available to answer my questions and even called me back when he was busy. The installation itself went really well, and he even managed to get the city inspection done the next day.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Bright Home’s solar installation. From the initial consultation with Sam, who clearly explained all our options and answered all our questions, to the fantastic work done by Austin and his team, the whole experience was smooth and efficient. We really appreciated how quickly they developed the design plans and were happy to make any changes we wanted. The permitting process was surprisingly quick too. Austin kept us fully updated every week, which gave us a great sense of reassurance. We especially loved that they positioned the panels on the back of our house – it’s a much more discreet and attractive solution. The project ran from April 13th to July 1st, and we would absolutely recommend Bright Home to anyone considering solar. Their approach really stood out to us! report abuse

  “We’re really happy with Bright Home Energy. Keaton did a fantastic job explaining the whole process and he was so patient answering all of our questions – we had a lot! Austin was also great to work with after we signed the contract, always keeping us informed about what was happening. The whole process, from signing the agreement to actually having our solar panels up and running, was surprisingly quick – just six weeks!
