  “I couldn’t be happier with Pep Solar! From the start, they were fantastic – Sean, Bonnie, and their whole team worked so closely with my contractor, and we faced a few unexpected hurdles along the way. Even when we ran into some issues with the local electric company, they went above and beyond to resolve everything. They were eventually recognized as a Preferred Installer by the electric company because of their dedication. More recently, I needed some additional work done on my solar system and they were incredibly responsive. Goran was a lifesaver, expertly handling all the permitting with SRP and the county. And when it came time for the new installation, Mike, Jason, and Doug were absolutely top-notch – they kept me fully informed every step of the way and were always happy to answer my questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Honestly, they treated my house like it was their own! I’m so thrilled with my solar system and the Tesla backup system worked perfectly – I didn’t even realize the power was out until I went to check on something else.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Pep Solar. When my original solar company went out of business, leaving me with a 10-year warranty, I was completely stuck. I reached out to Pep Solar because my inverter failed, and they stepped in immediately. They contacted Solar Edge on my behalf and got my inverter replaced under warranty. Then, just a couple of days later, another issue arose, and they again contacted Solar Edge to get that resolved – all under warranty. Finally, when everything else failed, they completely replaced the entire unit! They came out three times, and never charged me a single penny extra. Seriously outstanding customer service – I wholeheartedly recommend Pep Solar.” report abuse

  I’m really pleased with the solar system PEP Solar installed for me – it’s been about two years now, and I’m already looking at them for other ways to make my home even more energy-efficient. I especially want to commend Sean, who handled my initial installation. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions (and there were a lot!), and was just really professional and thorough throughout the whole process. The installation team was also fantastic – efficient and did a great job. We did have a minor issue with one of the panels, but PEP responded incredibly quickly, getting it sorted out within two days. Since then, everything’s been perfect.
