They really took their time, working over two mornings in July, and the foreman, Greg, was fantastic at explaining everything and reviewing the plans with me beforehand. They left everything spotless and secured the panels each day. It was a really smooth and stress-free process. After they finished, Greg walked me through the next steps with APS and getting the system fully operational, and I felt completely confident that everything was ready to go. Honestly, choosing a solar provider is a big decision, and after researching several companies and talking to a few, I’m so glad I went with SunPower – particularly for their experience and commitment to long-term service.   “We had a really positive experience working with PGT Solar. Darryl, our sales representative, was fantastic – he patiently explained all of our options and made the whole buying process incredibly easy. The initial setup and permitting went smoothly, though it did involve some collaboration with APS to finalize the system design. However, Darryl was always there to step in and ensure everything was handled correctly with SunPower. We’re currently working through a post-installation issue with SunPower, but we appreciate PGT’s continued support in getting everything finalized and ensuring we’re completely satisfied with our system.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with SunPower. I had a system installed in 2019, and from the start, it wasn’t performing as expected – it only covered about half of my electricity needs. Then, less than five years later, I discovered my roof needed replacing, and SunPower assured me it was still in good condition. Looking back, I should have questioned their assessment, but I relied on their recommendation. Now, I’m dealing with a huge headache getting my solar panels removed and reinstalled after my roof was replaced. It’s taken over three months of constant calls and scheduling issues, and they’ve just cancelled the reinstallation with no clear timeline – the earliest they can do it is July 7th. This has caused significant delays in selling my house, pushing back my closing twice and adding substantial financial strain with increased mortgage payments and ongoing upkeep. The entire situation has been incredibly stressful and, frankly, unacceptable. It really makes you question the value of their 25-year warranty – if this is the level of service you receive, it’s not reassuring at all.” report abuse

  “Andy Halpert was fantastic! He really took the time to explain everything to my wife and me, walking us through the entire solar process and all the details – the design, the costs, everything. We were incredibly impressed with the deal we were getting, and honestly, we were close to signing on with Fusion Power when we started running into some problems.
