  Overall, our experience with On Solar was really positive, though it had a bit of a hiccup. We chose them after receiving quotes from several companies, and they were incredibly efficient – they got the solar panels installed within just 10 days of signing our contract. However, shortly after, we had an issue with a faulty GFCI outlet in our kitchen, which also tripped the fridge breaker. It was frustrating, especially on Memorial Day Weekend, but On Solar responded incredibly quickly. Caleb and Edgardo both came out on Saturday to tackle the problem, and Edgardo was able to resolve it completely. What really stood out was their responsiveness and communication – they kept us updated throughout the entire process. It’s reassuring to know a company will step up and take care of you, especially during a busy holiday weekend.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. My system was down for two months, and when I contacted them to understand why and request compensation, they essentially dismissed my concerns, stating it wasn't their responsibility to monitor the system and then telling me to leave.
