  Overall, my experience with Independent Solar was challenging initially, but I was really pleased with how they responded. Once they understood the problem, they acted quickly to fix it and ensure I was satisfied.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Honestly, I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I found their initial promises to be misleading, and the reality of their service was far from what was presented. They weren’t actually a local Las Vegas company, which was a significant deception. Furthermore, their warranties are severely limited—essentially just relying on the manufacturer’s coverage, and much shorter than they claimed. There are so many other reputable solar installers in the area like Sol up, Sunrun, or Kayo. It’s really best to go with one of those instead. I believe this company should not be operating in Las Vegas. report abuse

We got a couple of quotes, but AZ West Solar stood out because of their excellent warranty and the great incentives they offered. Brett was a huge help; he was so knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive – he answered all our questions and we felt completely confident in their service. The whole process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, took less than 60 days, and now our solar is up and running.   Wyatt’s experience with the team was overwhelmingly positive. He particularly praised Brett, who was his main point of contact, noting his impressive patience and willingness to answer all of Wyatt’s questions. Brett kept the entire project – from the initial application to the final installation – running smoothly and on schedule, which was especially crucial given that Wyatt’s property is a vacation rental.
