  We’ve been incredibly pleased with Desert King – this is our second time using their services and we’ve consistently been very satisfied. They offered great windows at a fair price, and the customer service was fantastic. Nick and his team were professional, careful, and took great care to minimize any disruption to my stucco.   “We were so impressed with Desert King Windows! After researching several highly-rated companies in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, we chose them to replace the 18 oversized, heavy windows in our new home. What really set them apart was Mauricio, their salesperson – he took the time to really explain the different window options and wasn’t like the other companies who just pushed products. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Desert King. Throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the installation and even the follow-up, Mauricio was always available and responsive, even answering texts while he was out. And the installers – Jose (the manager), Kevin, and Alonzo – were just as fantastic! They were so meticulous and clearly took pride in their work. They even spotted a few minor issues with the screens and scheduled repairs, which were completed promptly by Justin. It’s rare to find a company with such genuine care and dedication at every level, from sales to installation.   Desert King Windows really exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Dallas, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and explained everything so clearly, and Mike and Cindy, the installers, did an absolutely amazing job – we couldn't have asked for better!   I just wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this company. From the initial sales process with Mauricio, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual, to the outstanding installation team – Jose, Alonzo, and Kevin – I couldn't be happier. The installers were truly fantastic. They were incredibly efficient, hardworking, and kept the work area spotless. They put in a massive 9.5 hours and worked together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. It was so reassuring that they didn’t require a 50% deposit upfront, just payment upon completion – a fantastic approach! And the windows themselves? Absolutely top quality.   Desert King was fantastic – I’m so happy with my new windows! I got several estimates, and theirs was right in the middle of the pack. What really set them apart was their professionalism. They even came back a second time to answer my questions, which I really appreciated. Jonathan handled the installation, and he and his helper were fantastic. They were incredibly efficient, working non-stop and leaving absolutely no mess – my windows were actually cleaner after they finished than before they started!
