He really listened to our needs and even went the extra mile to arrange a visit to their facilities to help us compare different framing options. Jason, the warehouse manager, was also fantastic, keeping us constantly updated on our order and giving us realistic timelines. And finally, JR and Larry, our installers, were truly exceptional. They were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless, and they were always so friendly and happy to show us their progress. The windows themselves look amazing, and we've already noticed a huge difference in the temperature control and noise reduction in our home.   Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with the new windows – it’s completely transformed our home! The team was fantastic – always punctual, incredibly courteous, and they really took care to minimize the mess during the four-day installation. We chose the Anlin Del Mar Expanded series, which was perfect because our HOA wouldn’t allow the standard frames. The narrower frames gave us a much larger view, and honestly, the difference inside is remarkable. Our old windows and HVAC systems were really struggling, and now, even on a brutally hot day like yesterday, we don’t have those uncomfortable hot spots anymore. The air feels so much cooler and fresher, and our AC is working *way* less – it’s like a huge weight has been lifted. What really surprised us was how much quieter our home is now. We could actually hear the wind and feel drafts through the old windows, but now it’s completely muted, even with the grounds crew’s blowers. It’s amazing! We also switched to Picture windows in some areas, and the clarity and view are outstanding – it’s like looking through nothing at all. We were a little hesitant about the vinyl frames, but the fact that they block out so much heat is fantastic. We researched several companies and products and found that Desert King offered the best value for the price. Honestly, we could have spent twice as much on Anderson or Pella windows, but we don’t think we would have gotten that much of a benefit. If you’re considering replacing your old contractor-grade windows, don’t hesitate – just do it! You’ll be amazed at the difference. report abuse

  “We were so pleased with Desert King – they really hit the sweet spot between price and quality when we got quotes for replacing all our windows. Mauricio was fantastic from the start, he came out with lots of pictures and samples to show us, which was really helpful. The windows arrived a week ahead of schedule, and Derek and James did an absolutely amazing job installing them. Because we have an older house, the installation, particularly with our sliding door, was a bit tricky, but they took their time and went above and beyond to make sure the woodwork was perfect and the caulking looked fantastic. My husband, who’s very particular, was incredibly happy with the results – it was such a welcome change after a really disappointing renovation we’d recently experienced.” report abuse
