  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Arizona Air Experts. My AC started having issues over the weekend, and I was really relieved to find a company that responded so quickly – Jayson called me back within an hour on a Sunday to schedule an appointment for the next day. Jayson himself was fantastic – he was incredibly polite, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem – a dead capacitor – and fixed it in about 20 minutes, explaining everything to me. He even took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me some helpful information about my unit. The whole thing was surprisingly affordable, coming in under $150 for the part and service. It was great to work with someone honest and straightforward like Jayson, who just wanted to get the job done right. We had a really frustrating experience last year when we were dealing with a home warranty claim – it took two weeks in the middle of summer to get a response and we weren’t able to get it resolved. We’d been using another company for years, but they just weren't providing the thorough inspections we needed – they didn’t clean the coils or give us any real information about the condition of our AC units.
