I called them on a Saturday afternoon hoping to hear back later, but Randy called me back within an hour – that was fantastic service! I was seriously considering a whole new system, but Randy was honest and thorough. He came out the next day and, instead of pushing a sale, determined my existing system was actually in good shape and just needed a simple air filter replacement.   “I’ve been a really happy Arizona Air Experts customer for years – they’ve always done a fantastic job with both new AC installations and keeping up with maintenance and repairs. Their technicians are always so knowledgeable and polite. This weekend, my casita AC unit completely died, and they got someone out to fix a faulty capacitor that same day. It was a straightforward repair with a reasonable cost, just like I’ve come to expect from them – no unnecessary upsells. Honestly, given how things have been with many companies lately, their service has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations.
