We especially appreciate their maintenance package; it’s a fantastic deal with twice-yearly checkups. The office staff and technicians are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly, we’ve had some really bad experiences with other HVAC companies in the past – some were simply incompetent or dishonest, so we’re so grateful we found Integrity Air.   “I couldn’t be happier with Integrity AC! They were fantastic – their technician, Johnny Cate, responded so quickly when another company had quoted me a huge price for a repair. Integrity AC fixed my AC for half the cost, and I’ve now signed up for a Maintenance Agreement with them, which includes a great discount too. I was in a really tough spot with an emergency repair and they were incredibly accommodating, fitting me in even though they were swamped with other customers on a ridiculously hot day. As a new customer, I felt immediately valued – it was like they’d been a regular for years. What really stood out was their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile. Jamie W. was amazing; she spent hours on the phone with different companies, tirelessly working to find the best warranty option for my part, much like getting a detailed insurance quote.
