He was incredibly professional, kind, and did a great job.   “Scottsdale Air and Heating did a fantastic job with our annual check-up today – it’s actually our fifth time using them! Patrick called ahead, which was really appreciated, and he was incredibly polite and professional. He took extra care to protect our floors and, best of all, he provided a thorough explanation of his work, complete with pictures, so we really felt confident that our system is ready for the summer heat.   “Jordan from Scottsdale Air was fantastic – he did a really thorough job on our annual AC service last week. It was great to see him again; I’d worked with him before and really appreciated his extra effort when our system went down on June 23rd. He’s a genuinely friendly and helpful guy, always willing to explain things and answer any questions I had, no matter how basic they seemed. You can tell he cares about making sure the job is done right and that we’re completely satisfied.   “We’re so thrilled with our new AC system from Scottsdale Air! We got several estimates and really connected with Dave, who was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly – especially the new ductwork we needed. It’s clear he was dedicated to getting the job done right. And the installation team, Angel and Isac, were fantastic! They were so friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with the ductwork and the whole installation. Plus, they cleaned up everything so thoroughly – it was like they hadn’t even been here!
