  “We were really pleased with the whole process of upgrading our home’s HVAC system, from choosing the Carrier equipment to getting our ductwork completely redone. Our initial experience with the Costco-contracted company was just awful – they were only interested in selling us equipment and kept dodging the question of doing the ductwork. Thankfully, we found a completely different level of service with [Company Name - *insert company name here*]. From the start, the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful, and Dakota was fantastic. He took the time to really understand our needs, even crawling around in the crawl space to thoroughly check our existing ductwork. He had a great, can-do attitude and answered all of our questions. The installation crew – Byron, Tyler, Tom, and Craig – were incredible. They were incredibly respectful of our home and worked tirelessly, even working late into the night for two days to get everything done right. It was a night and day difference from the first experience. Dakota and Byron even came back to fine-tune the system once it was installed.   “I was really impressed with the whole experience. Scheduling was a breeze, and the technician called ahead to let me know exactly when he was arriving. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and patiently. He even offered some helpful suggestions for programs and promotions.   Tom and Tyler did a fantastic job this morning – they were right on time and immediately got to work on the new AC installation. They were so pleasant and professional, and you could tell they really took pride in their work. They even cleaned up everything perfectly, which was a huge bonus!   I was really happy with the service I received from Cool Zone Air and Heating. Justin, the technician, was fantastic – he took the time to explain everything he was doing while he serviced my Carrier system, and he even made some important improvements to the drainage, which I really appreciated.
