  “We had a really positive experience with Expert HVAC. We scheduled a maintenance appointment, but unfortunately our upstairs unit suddenly stopped working. To our relief, they were able to get someone out to us right away. Mike T. arrived ahead of schedule and was incredibly efficient, quickly figuring out the issue was a faulty motor in the air handler. He actually had a replacement motor on hand and worked tirelessly for about three hours in the hot attic to get everything fixed. Mike really went the extra mile, and thankfully the cost of the quick service and repair was very reasonable. We’ll definitely be using Expert HVAC for all our HVAC needs going forward.” report abuse

  “Patrick and Rick did an absolutely fantastic job for us – they really went above and beyond what we asked for, and I really appreciated their honesty about what was achievable. The quality of their work was outstanding, and their professionalism was top-notch. My only suggestion would be to try and avoid switching technicians mid-project. It caused us to take a different route, and I think pulling the old unit a day or two before installing the new one would streamline the process. They kept me updated with text messages about their arrival times and even sent pictures of the team working on my unit, which was really appreciated. They gave me honest advice about whether to replace or repair my old system, and they even took photos of my roof while they were there.
