  “I couldn’t be happier with Desert Diamond Air! I recently had them do a tune-up and then a full AC replacement – a 5-ton Daikin – along with a complete ductwork overhaul. Ismael and Tyler were both fantastic; incredibly personable, professional, and really took the time to explain everything in detail. Because my house is an older one with a bit of a complicated history of previous renovations, they were especially thorough in outlining what needed to be done. Tyler and the whole team – Leroy, Tim, and everyone – did an amazing job installing the new unit and the updated ductwork.   “We were really pleased with Desert Diamond – they had fantastic staff! We were looking for an air duct cleaning service for our new home and they came highly recommended. Jeff was incredibly helpful in scheduling and explained the whole process really clearly. Adrian and Steven, the technicians, were fantastic too – they were really diligent, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Honestly, it was the best service we’ve received. My only suggestion would be to invest in a better vacuum for cleanup, as they were spending a lot of time hunching over to collect the debris.” report abuse
