  Richard did a fantastic job with the initial inspection – he was really thorough and professional, and honestly, his recommendations were exactly what we needed. We’d been delaying getting a new HVAC unit for ages, but he really helped us get it sorted. Tyler was also a huge help in making the final decision, and the whole installation process was incredibly smooth; it was done within two days! The technicians who did the installation were fantastic – they worked so efficiently and diligently until the job was completely finished. They even took the time to make sure everything was spotless and helped me set up the thermostat app. I couldn’t be happier with North Valley and would definitely recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  Richard was a truly wonderful experience. He handled some really difficult news with such kindness and compassion, and he went above and beyond to ensure he understood my needs completely. He was incredibly thorough, investigating aspects that other companies simply didn't bother to look into.   “Dave was really responsive and spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what was going on with the unit. Thankfully, it’s now working again. He did a thorough job troubleshooting, but ultimately couldn’t identify the underlying cause of the shutdowns – he just rebooted it.   Kyle was fantastic – truly a pleasure to have come to my house. He expertly assessed my insulation and, surprisingly, determined I didn’t actually need any upgrades.
