  “Michael was absolutely fantastic – we were so impressed with his service! He handled the sink basket replacement efficiently, but what really stood out was his proactive approach. He noticed our home warranty was denied and took the initiative to contact the company to advocate for us. He’s a genuinely nice and professional guy who clearly wants to do what’s best for his customers. He even offered some helpful plumbing advice.   “I was really impressed with both Zach and Jeffrey! Zach did a fantastic job on my HVAC tune-up – he was so clear about what he was doing and gave me some valuable, honest feedback about my unit. And Jeffrey was just incredible. He arrived the next day and not only flushed my hot water heater but also did a thorough whole-home plumbing inspection. What really stood out was his knowledge; he walked me through all my fixtures and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.   “Russell Muir was fantastic – he really went above and beyond! He not only helped me troubleshoot why my thermostat wasn’t working properly (it was a surprising oversight!), but he also took the initiative to check the insulation in my attic and suggested a more efficient air filter. He even connected me with John, a project manager, to get a quote for additional insulation.
