  We were so happy with the service we received from Hobaica – they’re a long-standing business in the area, and it really showed. Jordan and Andy were fantastic; Andy’s experience and knowledge were invaluable, and Jordan was incredibly polite and professional. But Danny C. truly went above and beyond when he installed our new system. He was meticulous with the installation and provided us with some great advice based on his years of experience.   “George and Alex did an amazing job with my AC system! They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and you could really tell they cared about getting the job done right. They quickly pinpointed the problem, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and fixed it super efficiently. They didn’t just fix the issue – they went the extra mile, answered all my questions, and even gave me some helpful tips for maintaining my system.   I was really impressed with Hobaica – they completely exceeded my expectations for a pre-summer AC check. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Melissa was fantastic on the phone, incredibly helpful and went out of her way to schedule my appointment. And Austin and James, the technicians, were just amazing!   “I just wanted to share how fantastic my experience was with Hobaica today! Sergio was incredibly professional – he arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do really clearly, and was just a genuinely nice guy, which is typical of all the Hobaica employees I’ve worked with over the past 20 years. He initially had to order a new ductwork piece because the original wasn't quite right, but instead of just stopping there, he completely reorganized his work and installed the new ductwork himself. He even took photos for me along the way. Then, while the crane was running, he had to readjust, but he got right back to it and finished a really thorough job! After Sergio left to get the new part, Albert and Diego came to install additional insulation – they were both so polite and efficient. They even took pictures and showed me how much insulation they’d added, just like always, with Hobaica being completely transparent. Meanwhile, Sergio was back on the roof installing my new Goodman AC unit and he took the time to show me how to program the thermostat! Seriously, I couldn't be happier with Hobaica and especially with Sergio – thank you so much!” report abuse

  We were so relieved to find Hobaica when our AC suddenly went out – we were completely in a panic trying to find a reliable replacement. Andy was fantastic; he really understood our situation and quickly stepped in to help, not just with a new AC unit, but also with some much-needed savings. The installation team was incredibly efficient and professional, getting the job done quickly and with absolutely no hassle.   Scottie from Hobaica was fantastic – truly a standout service tech. He was so thorough, taking lots of pictures and explaining everything in a way that was really easy for me to understand.
