  “We purchased our home in 2023 and, unfortunately, our A/C system gave out in November of 2024. Luckily, we were connected with AZ Perfect Comfort through the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and Garrett was fantastic – he responded to our same-day request and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. It turned out the system was incredibly old and outdated, and he was really upfront with us about that. After getting a second opinion from some construction contacts who confirmed the need for a complete replacement, Andrew came out to provide a thorough estimate and patiently walked us through all of our options. I also did some research myself, and everything AZ Perfect Comfort had told us made perfect sense. Then, Jesse and Kyle did a truly impressive job, replacing the entire system in about six hours – and it was done perfectly! They didn't need to come back to fix anything, and we’ve been thrilled with the reliable heat and cooling throughout the winter and into the summer. Mike recently completed our first inspection, and he was excellent as well. Because of our warranty, we didn't pay a single extra penny. Honestly, I can't recommend AZ Perfect Comfort enough – they’re a fantastic team of skilled professionals who clearly care about their work!” report abuse

  Kyle did a fantastic job – he was really efficient and took the time to thoroughly check out my units and give me detailed feedback on their condition.
