  “We had a really frustrating experience with our AC unit. The owners contacted their warranty company, and while the technician did come out, he only spent about five hours and left before it got too late. He promised to return the next day, but never did. Thankfully, the owners allowed us to call someone else, and Chris from Cold Stinger Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, getting our AC back up and running much faster than the original company did – and unfortunately, causing even more of a mess in the process.” report abuse

  “Chris and Cold Stinger were fantastic! Seriously, in this Arizona heat, you need a company that can get things done quickly, and they delivered. Chris was incredibly professional and was able to resolve our issue the same day. He even took the trouble to add R22 refrigerant to our older unit – which is a huge relief given Arizona’s phasing out of it – and did it at a fair price. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency; he never tried to upsell us or add on unnecessary charges. I’d absolutely recommend Chris and Cold Stinger to anyone!” report abuse
