  “I recently had Diamond come out for my summer maintenance, and I was so impressed with Tyler’s service. He arrived promptly and was incredibly helpful in checking my air conditioners. Thankfully, he spotted a failing capacitor and replaced it just in time – we really avoided a major problem with the heat! He also gave me some great recommendations for improving the safety of my condensation system, which gives me peace of mind knowing I won’t have any water issues in the attic.   “I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Diamond AC. After Goettl recommended a service, I wanted a second opinion, and it turned out they missed a critical issue – significant duct leakage and inadequate insulation. Ryan McClune and his team were fantastic; they performed a really thorough inspection and recommended duct cleaning and Aeroseal, which completely resolved the problem and stopped about 40% of the air from escaping! It’s clear Goettl didn't fully investigate the situation when they installed my new AC system two years ago – they didn't even test the ducts or check for efficiency. It’s frustrating to realize now that was a really expensive rip-off. And, while they did a duct cleaning previously, they never mentioned the duct leakage. During Diamond AC’s work, they even found a disconnected metal trunk line in the attic. Honestly, it was obvious Goettl should have identified this during the initial installation. But the Diamond AC crew was so timely, professional, and communicative – and the manager even checked in on the job. I now have a lot of confidence in Diamond AC to maintain my newer units and I’m even using them to service a second property. I highly recommend them!” report abuse

  Overall, our first experience with this company was a bit rocky, with some scheduling and cleaning issues with our HVAC. However, we really appreciated their responsiveness once we brought those concerns to their attention. They sent someone out to reassess the situation, took our feedback seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. The installation ran exactly as scheduled, and everyone was punctual and professional.
