  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the AC installation service we received. They were nearly three hours late without any updates, and we had to chase them down for information. While they apologized for the delay, the lack of communication was really frustrating. Worse yet, they didn’t even bring a ladder for the roof installation. When they finally finished, the AC power cord was dangling and they hadn’t even provided an extension cord – they just left it there. There was also a piece of the drain hose lying around on the roof. Honestly, the whole experience was shockingly unprofessional and I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend AZ Trusted Air highly enough! When my air stopped working, Tom was incredibly responsive and came out immediately. He quickly identified the issue and got to work on the repair right away. What really impressed me was his thoroughness – he not only fixed the problem but also took the time to explain what was happening and suggested some preventative measures.   “We really appreciated Tom – we got his name through a friend and he was fantastic. He came out to our place in Gilbert, did a really thorough job taking pictures and explaining everything clearly. He was super responsive to messages and even came back the next day to finish the work quickly. Afterwards, he sent a detailed text update, which was really appreciated. They spent a good amount of time diagnosing and fixing my AC issue, and they honored the original estimate they provided – even though the work ended up being a bit more involved than initially anticipated.
