  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They overfilled my air conditioner with refrigerant, which caused it to fail. Then, they charged me for the refrigerant itself and also billed me for a second service visit that I hadn’t authorized. To top it off, they didn't reimburse me for the extra charge. It was incredibly strange that they removed the refrigerant I had paid for. Honestly, I would strongly recommend finding a different company to work with.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The quality of the work was shockingly poor for the prices they were charging, and I felt completely taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend going there – there are definitely better options out there. report abuse

  “I honestly can’t recommend AZ Trusted Air highly enough. Living in Phoenix, you absolutely need an HVAC company you can rely on, especially with those scorching summers – we’re talking temperatures consistently over 115°F! My family and I have been using them for about seven years now, and we’ve been incredibly happy with their service. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance checks to a few stressful “middle-of-the-night emergencies” when our thermostat failed, and they’re always so quick to respond. But what really sets them apart is how they treat you – like family. It’s a level of professionalism and service that’s becoming increasingly rare. Tom and his team have also been a huge help financially, thanks to their thoroughness and proactive approach. They’ll even take the time to fix small issues themselves, rather than trying to hide them, which we've experienced with other companies.   Dom was absolutely fantastic! Our air conditioning went out at the rental, and he arrived so quickly. He was incredibly polite, professional, and really easy to talk to. He worked so diligently to figure out what was wrong and got our unit back up and running – we really appreciated his speed and the friendly service.   “I have to be honest, my experience with Tom was incredibly frustrating. He completely failed to keep his commitments – he was over two hours late on the first day, and again the following day, despite repeatedly promised arrival times. He also didn’t bring the thermostat we’d discussed, and then demanded $1,000 cash on the spot to cover his payroll. There were no shows, no communication, and I ended up having to reschedule multiple times. To top it off, the support I received was just dismissive, with someone telling me I should feel sorry for him. It felt like a constant series of broken promises and unanswered questions – I’m seriously questioning the reliability of the whole experience.” report abuse
