  “I’ve always been really pleased with Benefit’s service. It’s been a bit tricky with the new build process and how everything is tied to a specific installer, but when I started hearing about issues with our recently completed home – and knowing who to call thanks to our neighbors – Chuck was fantastic. He came out, explained everything clearly and gave me exactly what I needed to talk to the original installer and get the problems sorted out properly. Seriously, don’t hesitate to use a reliable company like Benefit, especially if you’re still under warranty. It’s a worthwhile investment. My Uncle Ken started Benefit over 25 years ago, and his dedication really shines through – I’m always so grateful when Chuck’s the one who comes to help.” report abuse

  I was so pleased with Benefit Air Conditioning! Jeremy came out to my house the other night to diagnose a problem after the storm, and he was fantastic – he even arrived a little early, which was a huge help. He not only fixed the issue with my unit, but he also got me signed up for their maintenance plan, so I’ll be getting twice-yearly service. Plus, he gave me a power surge protector for my AC, which I really appreciate, to prevent this from happening again. I've used Benefit Air Conditioning for years – for my home and even for my business at both locations, and recently to help my mother-in-law replace her AC. They’re incredibly reliable and honest, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them! report abuse
