  I absolutely have to say, I’m so pleased with Arizona Air Works! I was having a really tough time finding a company that could help me, as everyone else was booked up or didn’t respond to my calls. Thankfully, Wade was able to squeeze me in, and he came out just in time – my AC wasn't cooling at all on a day with a 112-degree forecast! He quickly diagnosed the issue, thankfully it wasn’t a major problem, and got everything back up and running just before the worst of the heat. The price was great, and Wade was such a friendly and personable guy. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. report abuse

  “I was really stressed when my air conditioning suddenly stopped working, especially with two young kids and the temperatures soaring. I chose a highly-rated company based on online reviews, but unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. They seemed more interested in making a sale than actually taking care of their customers. I regretted my decision almost immediately and decided to get some other opinions. When I contacted the original company to cancel, they tried to trick me into paying 20% of the total cost. Thankfully, a friend recommended Arizona Air Works. Seth was fantastic – he quickly identified what the other company was doing and steered us away from an unreliable unit with unnecessary features. He cancelled the original installation and then Seth himself came out the same day to answer all our questions and schedule the new AC installation. The installation went incredibly smoothly today, and the crew did a fantastic job! We’ll definitely be using Arizona Air Works for all our air conditioning needs from now on.” report abuse

  “We were really struggling with the extreme heat this week – 116 degrees! It was awful when our AC suddenly went out. Luckily, we’d used Airworks before, so we knew we could count on them. Seth was fantastic; he came out, quickly identified the problem with the capacitor, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. Best of all, he didn’t try to sell us anything extra – he just fixed the issue properly and at a really reasonable price.” report abuse

  “We were so relieved when Seth from [Company Name] came out and gave us a fantastic quote on a new Trane system – he saved us a huge amount of money compared to the other companies we spoke to. AAW did an absolutely excellent job installing it too; they were thorough, meticulous, and didn’t leave until they’d fully tested everything and confirmed it worked perfectly.
