  “Ken was fantastic – he really took the time to thoroughly assess my HVAC system and explained everything clearly, without any of the high-pressure sales tactics I’ve experienced elsewhere. He focused on the benefits of the new system and respected my need to do my research, always being available to answer my questions. The installation went incredibly smoothly; they were in and out in about eight hours, and the work was done exceptionally well – clean, precise, and it really looks like it was designed to fit perfectly. The only minor thing was a couple of spots marked in the hallway where the system was brought in, which is understandable given the size of the job. Overall, the system is working perfectly and is incredibly quiet. I’d definitely recommend them.” report abuse
