  “We were so pleased with our experience working with Seth and Kyle – they were both incredibly professional and a real pleasure to have around. Because of their expertise, especially considering our 30+ year old home, we’ve signed up for their annual subscription and plan to use them for all our home maintenance needs. Seth did a fantastic job redoing our toilet mechanisms, and we absolutely love the company’s service.   “We were so pleased with Day&Night’s service from start to finish! We needed a new AC system, and our old one was finally on its last legs after 19 years, and our second unit had been a constant problem. Day&Night made it incredibly easy by scheduling an appointment for a Saturday, which was the only day we were both available. Mike Tufegdzic was fantastic – he carefully assessed our existing system, pointed out some important improvements, and gave us clear, detailed estimates. After a really thorough discussion where all our questions were answered, we felt completely confident in their recommendation. Mike managed to get the installation scheduled just five days later, and Sky called the day before to walk us through the process. On installation day, we received plenty of advance notice, and the crew – Andrew, Pike, Jeff, Matt, and Sergio – were not only incredibly professional and friendly, but they took the time to explain everything and protect our floors. The whole job was done by 3 PM, and we absolutely love our new AC systems, including the wifi thermostats! We’re really excited for summer now. We also appreciated the added peace of mind with the 10-year parts warranty and the VIP plan, which includes free labor for 10 years – it was a truly seamless experience.” report abuse

Buzz was incredibly patient and really took the time to walk me through all my options, making sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. And the installation crew – Pike, Sergio, and Marco – were absolutely top-notch. Pike was a gem; he explained everything so clearly, kept the space spotless, and even made my husband laugh! Sergio and Marco were incredibly efficient, handling the tricky duct work and assisting with the AC crane. Plus, Kevin, the team leader, checked in regularly to explain the process and ensure everything was running smoothly.   “Troy, Benji, and Chuck did a fantastic job replacing the old cast iron plumbing with new PVC. It was a really tough job working with the old pipes, but they handled it with exceptional skill and care. They took extra precautions, using quarantine plastic sheeting to keep everything contained, and the new PVC is a great, durable solution that’s also much more resistant to corrosion and rust – definitely a solid upgrade.” report abuse

  “Ken S. was fantastic! He came to give us a quote for a new A/C system, and from start to finish, we were really impressed. He was so thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything in detail. What really stood out was that he didn’t just talk about the technical stuff – he also shared the company’s values and really emphasized their dedication to quality. You could tell he and the company genuinely care about their customers and doing a great job. We felt completely informed, respected, and never felt pressured at all.   Overall, the service was fantastic – the communication was great and the timing was perfect. It was a really positive experience. However, there were a couple of small things that could have been improved. After they finished, it would have been nice if they’d taken a few extra minutes for a final walk-through and tidy up around the house, like vacuuming the porch and clearing some debris from the shrubs. I noticed a couple of empty water bottles left behind, and I also found a screwdriver in my driveway – just little details that didn’t significantly impact the experience, but worth noting. report abuse

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and he also took the time to recommend the best air filter for our unit. Hector was excellent from the very beginning, quickly resolving the initial issues, and Jimmy did a brilliant job figuring out a cost-effective replacement solution.
