  I’m writing this review solely to warn others about my incredibly frustrating experience with Sunbelt since the new owners took over. I’ve rented equipment through various companies for years and have always had great service – especially from Susan in Chandler, who is fantastic! I needed to rent a forklift in December, and was essentially forced to rent it for a full week, Monday to Monday, because they couldn't provide a quote online. I ended up taking a financial hit agreeing to that timeframe. To add to the issue, I never received a receipt because they’d switched systems and were having problems with their new system. My rep in Phoenix was genuinely helpful and agreed that the new system was a disaster. Then, just four days after picking up the forklift, I received a call asking if I was finished with it—despite it being scheduled for pickup on Monday, the *only* day they’d allowed me to pick it up! When I questioned the pickup driver, they insisted I needed to schedule pickups myself, which was completely baffling since I’d already agreed to the original pickup date. Ultimately, I was wrongly charged for two weeks of rental, even though I’d only used the forklift for one day. Every time I’ve tried to resolve this, I’ve been hung up on or transferred repeatedly. Susan is the only person who’s been willing to help, but now she’s not even receiving responses to her emails. It's completely unacceptable, and I've lost $4,000 because of their terrible customer service. I won't be using Sunbelt again. report abuse

  I had a really great experience renting a small ozone generator from this place. The staff were fantastic – so professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to walk me through how to use the equipment and explained all the safety precautions, which put me completely at ease. I’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, it was a really pleasant experience – the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of air conditioning units available which was great. Plus, the prices were fair. report abuse
