  I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I invested over $3,000 in upgrades, and frankly, it was completely overblown. After the rebate, I only got a couple of days of work done, and the price was exorbitant. They told me my attic wasn’t insulated enough and that sealing my ducts would make a huge difference in my comfort. But after spending $1500 to have more insulation blown into my attic, it became clear that wasn't the issue at all. SRP’s thermal camera later confirmed that my problem was actually my old, inefficient duct system, and that sealing the ducts was a waste of money. They hadn't even used a thermal camera to show me a before-and-after, and my walls were the real source of the heat. What really upset me was the owner, John. When I explained that I wasn't going to give them the rebate check until they addressed the ongoing heat issue, he showed up and yelled at me, calling me an idiot. It was incredibly unprofessional. Honestly, if you're considering this company, I strongly advise against it. It’s much better to upgrade your entire AC system, especially if you have an older home. Replacing your ductwork is a much smarter investment than trying to seal old ducts, which often doesn’t make a significant difference. And don’t believe them when they tell you your attic insulation is bad – it might have been fine to begin with. I’m happy to share my experience with anyone considering this company; it’s money better spent elsewhere. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the work this team did. They were incredibly reliable, arriving on time and accommodating my work schedule. Everyone was courteous and professional, and I especially appreciated them cleaning up thoroughly each day. My wife also thought they worked hard and did a fantastic job – and honestly, it made a noticeable difference! I was actually feeling under the weather when the work was scheduled, and they were completely understanding. The biggest surprise was how much quieter my house became – I could finally hear myself think! The first night they finished, the house felt so much more comfortable and held the temperature much better, and I couldn’t even hear my heat pump running – that was a huge plus. I’m definitely going to be using them again for future projects around the house. They did a truly excellent job – I wish I’d hired them years ago! report abuse

  We were so pleased with the work the crew did – they were incredibly prompt and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly as they went along. The job itself was done with a really meticulous and careful attention to detail, and the new insulation is fantastic! Since they finished, we’ve been keeping the heating and AC off, and the house is staying perfectly cool, between 71 and 76 degrees, all day and night. We’re planning to keep it off until the end of April – we’re already seeing a noticeable difference in our energy bills. It’s great that they removed the old insulation too, and the new stuff is so much cleaner. And the screens are really making a difference, blocking out any warm air.   “Jonathan was fantastic! We bought the house and were completely in the dark about the Broan ERV system. Thankfully, we were able to get in touch with him through the realtor. He squeezed in a visit to walk us through the maintenance and operation of the ERV and wall control unit – he was incredibly polite, patient, and answered all of our questions thoroughly.   Jonathon and his team were fantastic – truly a lifesaver for me! I hired them back in May 2015 because my older house was racking up ridiculously high AC bills. Jonathon was incredibly professional from the start, he explained exactly what he’d be doing and how long it would take. Honestly, I was a little worried because the house was incredibly inefficient, but he was really thorough and explained everything in detail, even with pictures, to my husband and me. We ended up getting the work done, and I’m so happy with the results. Now, a year later, my APS bills are almost cut in half – the money I’m saving is completely covering the cost of the repairs. He did a fantastic, detailed investigation, and it turned out there were some serious gaps in the original insulation and airflow – issues that had been present for seven years!
