  “I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating – they seem to rely on deceptive tactics like bait-and-switch and outright lies. There was a significant disconnect between the sales team and the technical support, with each giving us completely different information.   “The technician did a really frustrating job. He initially tried to fix the problems with my bathtub handle and spout by loosening set screws, but he managed to strip both of them.   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Parker & Sons’ service over the past year – they’ve been professional, quick to respond to my calls, and handled everything efficiently. My only suggestion would be for a bit more follow-up regarding the molded insulation replacement. report abuse
