  Bryan really laid out a clear and thorough explanation of the salt and reverse osmosis systems he was recommending – it was great to see how he explained the ‘hows and whys.’ Thankfully, Angel and Brett were on hand the next morning and they did a fantastic job getting everything installed smoothly. report abuse

  “We were incredibly frustrated with Parker & Sons. After only six years, our water heater, purchased through them, started leaking, and we felt completely misled about the warranty coverage – it felt like we were being taken advantage of and given false information.” report abuse

  I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating – they seem to rely on misleading tactics and bait-and-switch sales. There was a significant disconnect between what the technicians told us and what the office representatives conveyed, and ultimately, we felt misled.   “The technician did a really frustrating job. He initially tried to fix the problems with my bathtub handle and spout by loosening set screws, but he stripped both of them. Worse, he kept insisting that we’d need to go through the wall to fix it, which felt like a really complicated and unnecessary solution.” report abuse

  Armando was fantastic! He really went above and beyond when he installed our pendant lights – such a meticulous and professional job. He took the time to explain everything and made sure each light was perfectly aligned and hung straight, and he even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Parker & Sons’ service over the last year. They’ve always been professional and quick to respond to my service calls. The one thing I was hoping for was a bit more follow-up regarding the replacement of the molded insulation – I’d appreciated hearing more about the progress on that. report abuse
