  “I was so frustrated when the first handyman I hired completely botched replacing my kitchen faucet – he made a huge mess and, unfortunately, left me without any water! I desperately needed a plumber right away, and I’m so grateful I called Penguin. Jackson arrived within the hour and fixed the problem completely. He not only installed the new faucet and shut-off valves under the sink, but he was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, especially considering my manufactured home sometimes presents unique challenges with sizing. It was amazing how quickly he got everything done, while the other guy was there for three hours! I’m absolutely thrilled with his work and his friendly, helpful attitude.   “I would strongly advise against using this service. We’d been waiting for an appointment for nearly two months, and despite repeatedly confirming it, the technician never arrived. They initially said he’d be there the next day, and I double-confirmed that, but no one showed up, and they didn’t even bother to let us know. Honestly, it was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. If you’re looking for reliable service, I’d suggest exploring other options.” report abuse
