“I was so frustrated when the first handyman I called tried to replace my kitchen faucet and completely messed it up, leaving me without water! It was a huge problem, and I desperately needed a plumber. Luckily, Penguin sent Jackson, and he was a lifesaver. He arrived within the hour, quickly and expertly installed shut-off valves under the sink for both the hot and cold water, and even put in the new faucet. Because I live in a manufactured home, sometimes things are a bit unusual in terms of size, but Jackson handled everything perfectly. I’m incredibly happy with his work, his speed, and how knowledgeable he was. Seriously, he was fantastic, and I really appreciate his friendly service!”

I’m really disappointed with this experience. We’d been waiting for an appointment for nearly two months and, despite multiple confirmations, the technician never arrived. They initially said he’d be there the next day, which I double-checked, but nobody showed up or even bothered to let us know. Honestly, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you’re looking for reliable service.

He did a really great job – he was incredibly well-prepared, his introduction was spot on, and the assessment itself was thorough and thoughtful, taking into account our space. He was also very efficient and got everything done quickly. Overall, a fantastic job!
